How do you usually work with clients?
We begin with a brief intake (via phone or email) to confirm the brief and logistics. I’ll ask:
• What kind of event is it, and where?
• Schedule and critical moments?
• Estimated headcount and room setups?
• Key people (VIPs, speakers, sponsors) not to miss?
• Usage goals (press, website, LinkedIn, sponsor packs, internal)?
• Do you need same‑day selects or is next‑day fine?
• Any restrictions (NDA, sensitive sessions, GDPR considerations)?
From there, I send a tailored quote and a clear shoot plan
How fast do you deliver the images?
For an 8-hour event, I deliver all edited images by 7:00 a.m. the next morning.
Need assets during the event? I can provide same-day selects via an on-site or remote editor (add-on).
Are the photos retouched?
Yes. Light retouching (including exposure, colour, clarity, and cropping) is included. Advanced Photoshop (object removal, complex skin work, signage fixes) is not included unless otherwise agreed upon in the initial quote.
Can you add our logo to the images?
Yes. Send a vector file (SVG/AI/EPS) or high‑res PNG in advance. I’ll apply it to the selected images as requested.
In what format will we receive the photos?
By default, you receive both web‑optimized and high‑resolution JPEGs.
Do you deliver RAW files?
No. RAWs are undeveloped and do not accurately represent my work. You receive professionally edited images ready for use.
Do you travel?
Yes: worldwide. Whether it’s Amsterdam or abroad, the look and quality stay consistent. Travel is quoted on a case‑by‑case basis.
How are the images delivered?
Via a private online gallery: easy to share and download, available for 1 year. For annual events, I can keep the archive for a longer period on request. I also maintain secure backups on my side during that period.
What does it cost?
Rates depend on scope, timing, and deliverables. A 40% deposit confirms the booking. You’ll receive a clear, itemised quote (including shoot time, deliverables, add-ons, and travel, if applicable). Additional time beyond the agreed schedule is billed at the pre‑agreed hourly rate.
Who do you typically work with?
Event managers, marketing teams, and agencies that produce conferences, summits, leadership events, trade shows, and offsites. They want images that capture the energy and outcomes, not just faces.
How can I get in touch?

What is your cancellation policy for events or conferences?
Cancelling a confirmed booking requires at least 14 days’ notice.
– <14 days: 50% of the agreed total fee is charged.
– <72 hours: 100% of the agreed total fee is due. Rescheduling is possible, subject to availability. If the new date isn’t available, cancellation terms apply.
Do you work under NDAs and with sensitive content?
Yes. I regularly work under NDAs. I avoid photographing confidential screens and sensitive sessions when requested and can provide isolated storage for restricted sets.
How many images can we expect?
Volume depends on schedule, density, and access. I focus on useful, on‑brand images, not waste. If you require a minimum number of photos, please let me know and I’ll plan coverage accordingly.
What usage rights are included?
You receive a perpetual, non‑exclusive commercial licence for your company’s marketing, internal communications, PR, social, and website. Third‑party/sponsor usage can be added to the licence—just flag it so I can include it in the quote.
Do you handle GDPR/privacy considerations?
Yes. I’m GDPR‑aware. I can provide signage templates for photo consent at registration, avoid photographing name badges on request, and remove specific images if someone opts out post‑event.
Do you offer video? A second photographer?
Yes. I can bring a second photographer for parallel coverage and coordinate videography through trusted partners.
Can you deliver images live to our social team?
Yes. With the on‑site/remote editor add‑on, you’ll get live or hourly selects for stage announcements, LinkedIn, and sponsor posts.
